Spitfire is standing outside a guard tower with Soarin right next to her in-front of all the inmates of Pegatraz, a huge floating prison, high above Cloudsdale.

Spitfire: Mares and Gentle-colts... welcome to Pegatraz. i am your warden Spitfire. You were deemed unfit for society, so they gave you to me, for all of you new inmates i want get a few things straight. If you have any illusions of just flying away you will be electrocuted by the magic force field surrounding this facility. All of you are tagged by the new magic chips in your head, one wrong move and... poof, on less inmate for me to feed. This facility has been designed by Celestia herself to keep scum like you away from normal law abiding citizens. so believe me when i say that it is state of the art. I am also here to announce the 12th annual Dash Race, the race where steel meets pony flesh!
